These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you and Kibira Ventures LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (“Kibira Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), regarding your use of indysepticpros.com and related services operated under the Indy Septic Pros brand.

4. Project Requests

You authorize Kibira Ventures to review and process your request, contact you about the request, share the information you provide with one or more independent Service Providers, and permit those providers to contact you about the requested project.
Submission does not guarantee that a Service Provider will respond, provide an estimate, accept the project, offer a particular price, or complete the work.
5. No Endorsement or Guarantee

8. Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Kibira Ventures LLC and its owners, officers, employees, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from or relating to:
- Communications or dealings between you and a Service Provider;
- Services offered, performed, delayed, cancelled, or not performed by a Service Provider;
- Payments, deposits, refunds, estimates, contracts, warranties, or representations made by a Service Provider;
- The acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, or legal violations of a Service Provider; and
- A Service Provider’s compliance or noncompliance with county or state septic regulations.
This release does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or to claims arising directly from Kibira Ventures’ own fraud, intentional misconduct, or other conduct for which liability cannot be waived.
9. Payments to Providers
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Kibira Ventures does not collect, hold, process, direct, or guarantee customer payments to Service Providers.
Kibira Ventures is not responsible for deposits, financing, chargebacks, refunds, payment disputes, or collection efforts arising between a customer and Service Provider.
10. Communication Consent
By submitting a request, you authorize Kibira Ventures and the independent Service Providers selected for your request to contact you by telephone, text message, and email about that request, subject to applicable law.

Separate prior express written consent must be obtained when legally required for prerecorded, artificial-voice, or automatically dialed marketing calls or texts.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized requests;

- Submit another person’s information without permission;
- Harass, threaten, deceive, or unlawfully solicit anyone;
- Interfere with website operation or security;
- Introduce malware or harmful code;
